Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information DigiBouquet and its service providers process when you use the website, how bouquet sharing works, and the choices available to you. DigiBouquet does not require an account.
Information We Collect
DigiBouquet's core bouquet builder runs in your browser. We do not operate a user-account or bouquet database. When you visit any page, our hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as your IP address, request time, requested path, referrer, browser and device information, and security or diagnostic logs. We use this data to deliver the site, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse.
If you contact us, we process the email address, name, message, and other information you choose to provide. Email and hosting providers may process that information to deliver and secure those services.
Bouquet Links and Personal Messages
New share links use an address in the form https://digibouquet.net/bouquet#b=.... The recipient name, sender name, message, and bouquet choices appear after the # as a URL fragment. Browsers do not normally send a URL fragment in the HTTP request to DigiBouquet or as an HTTP referrer. The shared page reads and displays the fragment locally after it opens.
The fragment is Base64URL-encoded for transport. Base64URL is not encryption. Anyone who receives the link, and software or browser extensions with access to it, may decode and read the names and message. Do not include secrets, financial information, health information, or other sensitive personal information in a bouquet.
Older links may use /create-bouquet?b=.... During a temporary migration period ending October 30, 2026, those links redirect to the fragment-based viewer. Unlike a fragment, the full query string in an old link is sent to DigiBouquet's hosting infrastructure and may appear in request or security logs. Create a new link if you want to replace an older query-based link.
How We Use Information
We process request, contact, and diagnostic data to deliver and secure DigiBouquet, respond to inquiries, investigate reported misuse, understand aggregate site performance, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell the personal text contained in bouquet links.
Third-Party Services
Hosting: DigiBouquet is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process IP addresses, request headers, URLs, and technical logs as part of hosting, security, and delivery. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics and Google AdSense: Google Analytics is enabled across DigiBouquet to measure aggregate site use. For page-view measurement, DigiBouquet sends only the site origin and page path; query strings and URL fragments are removed before the page location or referrer is sent to Google. This prevents the encoded content in a new /bouquet#b=... share link and the payload in a legacy query-based link from being included in Analytics page-view URLs.
Advertising is disabled by default while the site awaits AdSense approval. If Google AdSense is enabled, its scripts are limited to eligible public content pages: the home page, FAQ, the guide library and guide details, individual flower guides, and individual bouquet examples. AdSense is not loaded on the flower or bouquet-example collection pages, bouquet builder, shared bouquet viewer, About, Author, Contact, Privacy Policy, Terms, Editorial Policy, or error pages.
When enabled, Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and process IP addresses, device or browser identifiers, page interactions, and ad information to provide, measure, personalize, and secure analytics and advertising services. Google explains this processing in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small files stored on a device. Google services and participating third parties may place or read cookies or use similar technologies such as local storage, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers when permitted. DigiBouquet keeps advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization denied by default. Analytics storage is enabled by default outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. In those European regions, all Google storage and personalization signals start denied, and Google's certified consent management platform collects the user's choice before consent-dependent Google processing is enabled. While Analytics storage is denied, Analytics may send limited, cookieless measurement pings but may not read or write Analytics cookies.
Privacy Choices
Use the Privacy choices link in the footer to reopen Google's privacy message when that message is available in your region. You can also manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and block or delete cookies in your browser. If no Google privacy message appears, it may not apply in your region. Google advertising remains inactive unless DigiBouquet explicitly enables an advertising provider.
Data Retention
DigiBouquet does not maintain a bouquet database. Hosting, security, email, analytics, and advertising providers retain data according to their own settings and policies. We retain contact correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
Children's Privacy
DigiBouquet is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. Do not put a child's personal or sensitive information in a bouquet link. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through the contact channel, email support@digibouquet.net.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Fragment-based sharing reduces routine server exposure; it does not make a shared bouquet confidential or encrypted.
Your Requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection concerning personal data we control. Contact support@digibouquet.net. We may need information to verify and fulfill a request. For data controlled by Google, Vercel, or another provider, use that provider's privacy controls or contact it directly.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will revise the date at the top when changes are published.
